Policies and Procedures
I. No Refunds, No-Show, & Lateness Policy

Non-Refundable: All payments are final and non-refundable.

15-Minute Rule: I wait 15 minutes for students to join. After this period, the lesson is a no-show and will be charged. No-show lessons will not be rescheduled.

Slot Forfeiture: If a student accumulates two or more no-shows without prior cancellation within a package, their reserved time slot will be released to the waiting list.
II. Cancellations & Scheduling

Student Side: 2-hour minimum notice is required for all cancellations.

Tutor Side: I commit to consistency. I send a monthly email with any planned unavailable dates. If I must cancel due to an emergency, you will not be charged, and I will prioritize rescheduling you.

Adjustments: Requests for time changes or additional lessons must be submitted 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
III. Payments & Link Access

New Students: Payment is due in full before any session links are issued.

Bundle Renewals: Payments must be received before your current package is fully utilized. To avoid the cancellation of your session links and the release of your time slot, please renew before your final lesson.

Discontinuation: If you do not plan to continue, please notify me ASAP so I can offer the slot to another family.
IV. Communication Protocol

Policy updates and monthly e-mails are sent via email only once. It is the parents' responsibility to read and acknowledge these updates to ensure consistent support for the student.
